Pricing Questions
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All managed service plans are month-to-month. We do not require 12-month contracts. Clients stay because the work gets done — not because they are locked in.
What is the Audit Readiness Score?
A composite score across four categories — Driver Qualification (35%), Vehicle Maintenance (35%), Hours of Service (15%), and Accident Record (15%) — scored 0–100, modeled on the MTO's facility-audit method. Every month you receive your score, a status for each open item, and a plain-English explanation of what to resolve first.
Can I switch between managed and self-managed?
Yes. Some clients start on managed and later move to self-managed as they build internal capacity. Others start self-managed and upgrade to managed when they realize compliance needs more time than they have. Both transitions are straightforward with no data loss.
What happens if my fleet size changes?
Service scope adjusts with your fleet size. If you grow beyond your current plan's range, we discuss the next tier at the start of the following month. Reductions work the same way. No penalties in either direction.
