CVOR Compliance Software · Built for Ontario Fleets
Self-managed or fully managed

The compliance platform that scores your audit readiness, and tells you exactly what to fix.

CVORReady monitors your CVOR, tracks every driver file, inspection, and expiry, and turns it into one live Audit Readiness Score — so you know where you stand before the MTO does. Built and backed by a team that's been the carrier, not the auditor.

You stay the CVOR operator of record. The platform does the tracking; you keep the control.

The Audit Readiness Score

Your whole fleet's compliance, as one number you can log in and watch.

Modeled on the MTO facility-audit methodology across all four profiles — Driver Qualification, Vehicle Maintenance, Hours of Service, and Accident Record. It updates as your records change, not once a quarter in a PDF. Watch it climb as you close gaps, and walk into any renewal or audit conversation knowing the number before they do.

Illustrative — sample fleet data. The Audit Readiness Score is an advisory indicator, not a forecast or guarantee of any official MTO audit result or safety rating.

Everything in one place, not a folder of spreadsheets and good intentions.

Live dashboard

Every driver, vehicle, and expiry date in one view. See what's overdue or coming due before it becomes an audit finding.

Audit Readiness Score

A four-profile score modeled on the MTO's facility-audit method, updated as your data changes.

Your data, your way

Upload driver and vehicle records directly (xlsx or CSV), or send them and we load them for you. Run an ELD? Geotab, Samsara, Motive, and Isaac connect automatically. No telematics required — the platform works fully either way.

Mobile DVIR app

Drivers log daily inspections from the cab. Defects and repairs are tracked so nothing sits open.

Expiry alerts

Medicals, abstracts, annual inspections, CVOR renewals — flagged before they lapse, every month.

Monthly Compliance Status Report

A plain-English summary of what's missing, what's expiring, and what needs action — generated from your live data.

Built by people who've been the name on the certificate

The Audit Readiness Score isn't a generic checklist dressed up as software.

The Audit Readiness Score isn't a generic checklist dressed up as software. It was built by a team with over 30 years each in Ontario trucking — experience that includes managing CVOR compliance for a 25-vehicle Ontario fleet. We've been the carrier, not the enforcer. We know what it's like to be the one responsible when the MTO calls. That's the difference between a tool that tracks boxes and one that tells you what actually matters.

24
Rolling Months

The MTO scores your CVOR on a 24-month window. Every conviction, collision, and out-of-service event counts against you for two full years.

MTO Escalation Scale

As your violation rate climbs toward your CVOR threshold, MTO attention escalates — a warning letter around 35%, a likely facility audit around 50%, and risk of a Conditional safety rating above 70%. Top-rated carriers keep every category under 10%.

18mo
New Carrier Window

New Ontario carriers are audited within 12-18 months of their CVOR. Most fall behind because they never built compliance systems from day one.

Everyone gets the platform. Add the oversight you need.

The software is the base. The tiers add expert human review on top. No long-term contracts.

Run it yourself, or add expert oversight — most fleets start managed, but the platform stands on its own. No long-term contracts either way.

CVOR and Insurance Costs

Your CVOR score directly determines what you pay for commercial insurance.

Ontario commercial auto underwriters pull your CVOR abstract as standard practice. Industry data suggests a carrier with a poor compliance record can pay materially more at renewal — in some cases 15-30% more. The platform gives you dated, monthly evidence of active management — a compliance history your broker can present to underwriters as supporting documentation, not just your word that things are in order.

Monthly compliance documentation

12 scored reports per year — a compliance history your broker can present as supporting documentation to underwriters, not just your word that things are in order.

Measurable improvement trend

A carrier moving from 72 → 87 on the Audit Readiness Score over 6 months has a documented risk-reduction story — the kind that justifies a rate discussion at renewal.

Broker-ready at renewal

Better MTO audit outcomes lead to better CVOR standing and a better underwriting position. Talk to us if you're an insurance broker.

Common Questions

The things most fleet operators ask before they book a call.

Do I need an ELD or telematics to use CVORReady?

No. You can upload your driver and vehicle data directly in the platform, or we'll load it for you. If you do run an ELD — Geotab, Samsara, Motive, or Isaac — it connects and pulls HOS data in automatically. But it's never required.

Do you take over our compliance?

No. CVORReady monitors, tracks, and flags — but you remain the CVOR operator of record and the legally responsible party. Your safety director never leaves the building; we make their job easier. We provide advisory and document-review support, not assumption of your legal obligations.

What does this actually cost?

Pricing depends on your fleet size and the level of service you need. We cover exactly what is included — and the investment — on the risk review call, so you have a clear number before you make any decision. Book your CVOR Risk Review or call 647-930-1961.

What size fleet do you work with?

We work with fleets carrying 5 to 50 trucks under their own Ontario CVOR certificate. That's our operating zone — small enough that compliance can slip without anyone noticing, large enough that a CVOR downgrade or rate increase has real financial consequences. Owner-operators running under their own authority are welcome; carriers on someone else's CVOR are not our fit.

How quickly can you get us started?

Onboarding takes 5-10 business days. We set up your platform, load your data (you upload it or we do), and by the end of week two you have your first live Audit Readiness Score. Audit letter in hand? We compress that and prioritize immediately.

Can we run CVORReady ourselves?

Yes. The Platform tier is self-managed — your team runs the dashboard, alerts, and DVIR app directly. Onboarding is assisted (we set up your platform and load your data with you), and after that it's yours. Add managed oversight anytime, or never.

Do you offer licensing or white-label partnerships?

Yes. CVORReady is available for licensing and white-label arrangements for insurance brokers, training providers, and platforms. Contact us to talk it through.

See where your fleet actually stands.

Book a demo and we'll walk you through the platform, or book a CVOR Risk Review and we'll look at your current exposure together. Either way, you'll know more than you do right now.
