How CVORReady Works
Two ways to work with us. One where Brian manages your compliance every month. One where your team manages it with our platform. Both built around the same core loop.
Managed Service
Brian manages your compliance. You receive a monthly score, report, and specific action items. Nothing falls through the cracks because Brian is watching it.
- Brian does the monthly review, tracking, and follow-up
- You receive a clear monthly report and score
- Active risk prompts surface issues before the MTO does
- Month-to-month — no long-term contract
Self-Serve Platform
Your team manages compliance using our platform. The system scores your readiness, surfaces risks, and generates a weekly action plan automatically.
- Dashboard shows your Audit Readiness Score in real time
- Weekly action plan — what to fix, why, and who owns it
- Integrates with Geotab, Samsara, ISAAC, Motive, and more
- Now in early access — contact for pricing
The Managed Service Process
From first call to monthly managed compliance. Here is exactly what happens at every stage.
30-Minute CVOR Risk Review
Brian reviews your current CVOR abstract, identifies your violation rate by category, and walks through where your exposure is. You receive a written CVOR exposure summary the same business day — specific gaps, risk level, and next steps.
This call is guaranteed to surface at least 3 specific compliance gaps, or it ends there. No sales pitch, no retainer required to find out where you stand.
Onboarding — Fleet Profile and Records Inventory
Brian conducts a structured intake of your fleet: driver roster, vehicle list, current record status, ELD provider, maintenance model. We work with whatever system you already use — paper, shared drive, or fleet software.
Most clients spend less than 2 hours of their own time on onboarding. Brian handles the review and builds the compliance baseline.
First Audit Readiness Score and Compliance Report
Your first monthly Compliance Status Report delivers four profile scores — Driver Qualification, Vehicle Maintenance, Hours of Service, and Accident Record — each scored 0–100 on the same basis the MTO applies. Every open item is listed with its risk level and recommended action.
This report becomes the foundation for every month that follows. It also becomes evidence of active safety management if the MTO shows up.
Monthly Active Management and Risk Prompting
Brian reviews your CVOR, driver files, and maintenance records each month. When something is approaching a risk threshold — an abstract due in 30 days, a conviction rate trending toward 10%, a maintenance backlog growing — you receive a specific, actionable prompt before it becomes a problem.
The monthly management call (Managed Compliance and Outsourced Department tiers) is a structured 30-minute review — not a check-in. It produces documented action items and a record of what was discussed.
What You See Every Month
Whether you're on the managed service or the self-serve platform, your compliance picture is always visible in one place.

The Self-Serve Platform Loop
The platform is designed around one core cycle: data comes in, risks surface, actions get completed, score improves.
Fleet Onboarding Wizard
A guided setup wizard configures your compliance model based on your fleet profile — size, vehicle types, operating radius, ELD provider, maintenance model. A lumber fleet and a waste fleet don't get the same scoring weights.
Data Connections
Connect your ELD (Geotab, Samsara, ISAAC, Motive) and fleet systems, or upload driver files and maintenance records via CSV. The platform normalizes everything into one unified compliance model.
Live Audit Readiness Score
Your dashboard shows a live score across four compliance profiles. The score changes as data comes in — when a document is uploaded, when a defect is closed, when a roadside inspection result is processed.
Weekly Action Plan
Every Monday your team sees a prioritized list: what to fix, why it matters, who owns it, and what it will do to your score. Not charts. Not alerts. Specific tasks with consequences.
Active Risk Prompts
The insight engine watches for patterns — repeat defects on the same unit, a conviction rate trending toward threshold, a maintenance backlog growing faster than completions. You are notified before the MTO notices.
Score History and Evidence Trail
Every action taken and every risk flagged is recorded. If the MTO shows up, that history is documented proof that you were actively managing compliance — not just recording problems.
Team Access and Role Control
Your dispatcher, safety manager, and office coordinator each get their own login. Owners control everything. Managers can update records and close action items. Read-only users can view scores and reports without touching anything. One fleet account, the right access for each person — no extra seat fees on the Growth and Fleet tiers.
